Ingredients

pound
tuna steaks
2
tbsp
olive oil
salt
pepper
6
small corn or flour tortillas
Optional Toppings
arugula
avocado
squeeze of lime
shredded cheese
Spicy Chipotle Aioli
1
cup
mayonnaise
2
cloves
garlic
crushed
1
tbsp
lemon juice
1
tsp
chipotle powder
Instructions
Coat tuna steaks with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Cook on grill or in pan over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook.
Remove from heat onto plate, and cut into thin strips.
Warm tortillas over medium heat for about one minute on each side.
Serve tortillas with tuna, spicy aioli and preferred toppings.
Spicy Chipotle Aioli
Stir together all four ingredients until well blended.
Store refrigerated.
