drained and rinsed

black olives or kalamata olives

small red onion

feta cheese
crumbled
salt and pepper to taste

olive oil

red or white wine vinegar

Greek seasoning
Instructions
Combine cucumber, garbanzo, olive, tomato, onion and feta in a bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and Greek seasoning.
Stir oil mixture into bowl and mix all ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste. If using kalamata olives, omit the additional salt.
Store refrigerated.
