kernal corn (or 6 ears cooked)
drained

black beans
drained and rinsed

bell pepper
diced

jalapeno, seeded
finely diced

avocado
diced

cup
onion
diced

tomatoes
diced

fresh cilantro
chopped

olive oil

tbsp
lemon juice

tsp
dijon mustard

tsp
garlic powder

cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder and cumin. Set aside.
Mix all other ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in oil mixture and serve.
Store refrigerated.
