This copycat recipe for a fast-food chocolate frosty is quick, easy, and delicious, without the guilt of fast food. The taste is almost identical!
When you have a sudden craving for a chocolate shake, this recipe is perfect, because it uses ingredients you probably already have. No need to run out to the store or restaurant.
A Healthy Chocolate Frosty
No need to count calories with this drink. This recipe uses a banana and almond milk to create a creamy texture. The flavor comes from cocoa powder and vanilla.
I only use a tiny bit of sugar to sweeten. I have made this before without sweetener, and it is not too bad, but I find just a little bit made a difference. I would suggest using a liquid sweetener, as sugar does not dissolve well in an icy environment. I have used both agave and simple syrup with great results.
